Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to every booking made via BookTaxi.ch.
1. Booking
A booking becomes firm and final once confirmed by email. A minimum notice of 2 hours before departure is required.
2. Fares
Fares are calculated per kilometre according to the defined bands, plus a fixed pickup fee and any surcharges (airport, peak hours). The price shown before confirmation is the final all-inclusive price.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. After that, fees may apply.
4. Payment
Several payment methods are available: cash to the driver, 15% deposit online, full payment via myPOS, or corporate invoicing.
5. Liability
BookTaxi.ch undertakes to do everything possible to meet the agreed schedule. In the event of a delay attributable to the provider, liability is limited to the amount of the ride.
